2017-18 Diary Week 16

Hearts have had major problems getting a safety certificate this week for their new stand; it makes you wonder how on earth Dens Park managed to get one!

The restricted view was possibly not a bad thing for the most part as both teams put in what can only be described as a “dogged” performance.

Normally in such circumstances we would be happy with an away point, but the two clear cut chances at the end left us feeling that all three points were there for the taking.

The away support was again the highlight of the day and hats off to everyone who made the trip to back the team.

The Trust in Killie initiative has now passed the half way mark to the first £100k target for getting a supporter director on board so that could mean some extra cash in the transfer kitty for Steve Clark going forward; although at this rate probably not in time to take on Ross County in the Scottish Cup!
